永住許可の要件は３つ
永住許可の要件は以下の３つです。
善良であること
法律を守り、社会的にみて、ごく普通の生活をおくっていること。
自立できる資産またはスキルがあること
日常生活で周りの迷惑にならず、その保有する資産またはスキルが将来も安定した生活が見込まれること。
その者が永住することが日本国の利益に繋がること
①原則として引き続き10年以上日本に在留すること。ただし、この期間のうち、就労資格または居住資格をもって引き続き５年以上在留していることが必要。
②罰金刑や懲役刑などを受けていないこと。公的義務（納税等）を適正に履行していること。
➂現に有している在留資格について、出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則別表第２に規定されている最長の在留期間をもって在留していること。
➃公衆衛生上の観点から有害となる可能性がないこと。
※ただし、日本人、永住者または特別永住者の配偶者または子である場合には、「善良であること」及び「自立できる資産またはスキルがあること」に適合することを要しない。また、難民の認定を受けている者には、「自立できる資産またはスキルがあること」に適合することを要しない。

Three requirements for permanent residence permit
Permanent residence permit requirements are as follows:
be good
Obey the law and live a normal life from a social point of view.
have the assets or skills to support themselves
Those who do not become a nuisance to those around them in their daily lives and whose assets or skills are expected to lead a stable life in the future.
Permanent residence of the person will lead to the interests of Japan
(1) As a general rule, stay in Japan for at least 10 years. However, within this period, it is necessary to stay in Japan for at least 5 years with a work or residence status.
(2) You have not been sentenced to a fine or imprisonment. Appropriate fulfillment of public obligations (such as tax payment).
➂ Concerning the status of residence you currently have, you must be staying in Japan with the longest period of stay stipulated in Appended Table 2 of the Regulations for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.
➃ There is no possibility of being harmful from the viewpoint of public health.
*However, if you are the spouse or child of a Japanese, permanent resident or special permanent resident, you are not required to meet the requirements of “being good” and “having assets or skills that allow you to be independent.” Also, a person who has been recognized as a refugee is not required to meet the requirement of “having the assets or skills to be self-reliant.”
